The Recruitment Process
The recruitment process of AUGE International Consulting is divided into steps that we have meticulously studied in order to make the process smart.
Publication of the Job Position
Publication of the Job Position on the company website and on Linkedin, for a duration of 2-3 weeks, depending on the flow of incoming applications.
Screening
Screening of the applicants, with the analysis of the qualities and characteristics of everyone in order to estimate if they are in line with the researched one.
Cognitive interview
The applicants selected by the skimming are interviewed in a cognitive conversation, aimed at bringing out their propensity and motivation to work, future goals and their being in line with Auge.
Interview with the Management
In case of a positive outcome of the interview, a second meeting between the candidate and the Company Management is held, where practical evidence regarding the role can be requested.
Discussion
If the previous phase has been successful, we proceed with the discussion of all the points in the contract of employment that the resource will have to sign and the procedure is concluded here.
