English for Life supports the research against cancer
Through their educational projects, Monica Perna and AUGE International Consultinghave activated significant solidarity initiatives over time.
The English for Life program, so named because it was inspired by the belief that English can give a person a new outlook on life, was the benefactor of several donations. A significant donation was made in October 2021, in memory of Perna’s
mother’s birthday, who died prematurely a few months earlier due to lung cancer. Over € 5,000 has been allocated to the IEO-CCM Foundation’s Lung Program to support lung and thoracic cancer diagnosis, treatment, and scientific research.
